Due to hygiene reasons and the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect product selection
  • Used or opened products
  • Delayed shipping times outside of our control

Please ensure all order details and product selections are correct before completing your purchase.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item/s received
  • A description of the issue


Once reviewed, eligible orders may be issued store credit at the discretion of Solkist.


Allergic Reactions

We recommend performing a patch test 24 hours prior to use and reviewing all listed ingredients before purchasing. Solkist is not responsible for allergic reactions or sensitivities.
